Bonding is a process wherein tooth coloured materials are bonded onto the existing tooth structure using high quality, dental adhesives. It is a very conservative method and cause minimum loss of remaining tooth structure. What to expect afterwards?

• Bonded area may feel different on touching it with the tongue for a few days • Bonded teeth eventually may look and feel like real teeth, but are not real teeth • Refrain from habits such as biting on nails, pen, pencil, etc • Refrain from biting hard foods directly onto the bonded portion of the tooth • Brushing and Flossing is necessary and follow the instructions as given • Dietary restrictions, if any given, may need to be followed • You may require additional treatment in case of any sensitivity, discolouration or breakage • Bonding can be repaired easily
