Dental Tourism : Before & After Arrival

We have included here some noteworthy information for our overseas and domestic tourist patients who wish to come here specifically for dental treatment or just happen to be in a situation requiring urgent dental care in New Delhi, India. Whether this is your first visit to New Delhi or not, the following sections might be of help to you:

Before Arrival in Delhi, India

1. Book your air-tickets and clear your visa requirements. A valid visa is required to enter India and the same can be obtained from the Indian Embassy in your country. 2. Gather information and arrange for your accommodation before arriving, so that you do not loose valuable time hunting for a place to stay and do not fall prey to any rip-offs. Your travel agent may help you in this regard, or you may seek help from the Delhi Tourism Department. A list of ' government-approved' hotels, guest- houses, bed & breakfast accommodations, travel agents etc. is also available at the website of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. 3. For information purposes only, some of our past patients from overseas have stayed at Budget Hotels in the Paharganj area of Central Delhi which are well connected to the New Delhi Railway Station and the Delhi Metro Train service. These details, including a map of the Delhi Metro are mentioned on the Delhi City Guide sub-section. Both our clinics are also within easy reach of the Delhi Metro. (Please note that we neither endorse nor arrange for any accommodation and the patients are advised to make their own arrangements) 3. Confirm and book your dental appointment with us via e-mail, phone, whatsapp or through this website, so that we know when to expect you. 4. Let us know your travel plans and dental treatment needs via e-mail/airmail so that your dental treatment plan can be customized in a way not to disturb your tours. 5. Get your immunizations as advised by the travel advisory in your own country before departing. 6. Have a enjoyable journey.

After Arrival in Delhi, India

1. Check-in at your booked accommodation of choice. If your travel agent does not provides you with pick n drop facility, prefer to have a pre-paid taxi from the airport. You can also use UBER or OLA cabs from your smartphone. 2. Relax and get over the jet lag. It may take you a while to get accustomed to the climate, time-zone and the population explosion. 3. Inform or register yourself with your country's embassy/high commission. 4. Inform us of your arrival and re-confirm your dental appointment. 5. Please note that we will make every effort to ensure that your treatment is carried out as per time schedule planned but no guarantees are given for reasons as described in our Patient's Rights & Responsibilities section (see Information for Patients undergoing Dental Treatment). 6. Please also note that we will not be held liable if we are unable to provide you with scheduled dental care owing to any condition/circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will help in re-scheduling, or referring to another dentist.
