I looked at dentists in India for the following reasons ;
India has a fantastic reputation for dentistry ( and other complicated medical procedures)
Cost ($1,200- $2,000 US Dollars), Equipment in Surgery(on par and sometimes better than US!), Materials to be used (for inlays) and ability to see India at same time.
I chose Dr Grover because of the following;

“It's never easy undergoing extensive dental treatment and when one takes the decision to have it outside one's own country, the sense of isolation is magnified. On the other hand, it's easy to see why a person from Europe or America might look to the professionals of other countries to conduct their dental work: costs are far less in south Asia and professionalism and available treatments just as good--as long as one can find the right man or woman to do the job. Cue Dr. Arun Grover! As soon as I met Dr. Arun I knew I was in good and professional hands. If anything, I'd say he was rather more cautious than most other dentists I've known, never rushing any step of a planned treatment. In my own case, after a dental scan in the clinic next door to Dr. Arun's surgery, it was decided to go for a dental implant in my lower left jaw. Dr Arun carefully explained all the pros and cons and enabled me to make an informed decision about which implant to use and whether to go for immediate or delayed loading. In my case, as the bone seemed strong, I decided to go for immediate loading. The ensuing surgical procedure was carried out in conditions of the highest professionalism and cleanliness, and a computer guided model made it unnecessary for the gum to be cut beyond a small incision for the titanium root. After the root had been placed, we waited a short time before adding the crown three or four days later. The whole process was entirely painless for both my mouth and my pocket book (I imagine the same procedure in Europe or America would have been at least three times more expensive!) Finally, and though it may be hard to believe, the whole procedure from first visit to the final fitting of the crown took no more than ten days! I recommend Dr. Arun's services heartily and without any reserve.

“After planning a trip to India i happened to have an appointment with my family dentist here in the US for a cleaning and exam. He mentioned again how i need some extensive work done (5 crowns and a bridge). It dawned on me that i am going to India and could get the work done there much cheaper. My dentist was concerned about the quality of work and conditions. I did extensive research and decided on Dr Grover because of recommendations of other clients outside of India and the pictures he had on line of his facility. My dentist also did research and had to concede that the materials used were going to be as good or better than he would use and the price was 1/3 what he woiuld have to charge for the same work. I went to India and showed up for my first appointment for the initial work on MArch 15th. Everything went well and I came back April 2nd after traveling extensively through India and Nepal, to get the permanent crowns installed. Dr Grover and his wife were as good (i hope my dentist does not read this) if not better than my dentist here at home. Any major work to be done and I am going to make the trip again. In the spring of this year I started looking for a dentist to carry out a good amount of dental treatment that I needed. I came across Dr. Grover's website, and initiated contact with him. Though Arun and I never worked together, I have seen Arun as a Dental student. I stayed in the same hostel and am able to comment on that phase of his career. Arun was well liked by seniors and juniors alike and his manual dexterity at practical dental skills were well known. He was very easy going and approachable. " My wife, Rosemary, and I returned from India one year ago today. It was our first visit to India, and we travelled to India specifically to have extensive work done on our ageing teeth. At the time of the trip Rosemary was 63 and I was 62.
